He is survived by: his wife Leslie Pierno; his sons, Matthew, Dean and Adam; his siblings, Thomas Pierno, Florence Lent and Philip Pierno; and his grandchildren, Nicole, Matthew, Anthony, Alexa, Michael, Emily, Alaina, James and Vita.
