He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Mary; his siblings, Colleen, Denise and Allen; his significant other Cabrini Cirillo Mohr; his children, Jacqueline Mary, Michael Allen and Natalie Lillian; his son-in-law Christopher Lessing (Mohr); his grandsons, Christopher Brady Jr., Edward Mohr and Nicholas Michael; and his daughter Jackie.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 1st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Fredrick J. Chapey & Sons Funeral Home, Inc. (200 E Main St, East Islip, NY 11730). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 10:45 AM at the St. Mary's R. C. Church (20 Harrison Ave, East Islip, NY 11730).

Dr. Mohr was an integral part of carrying on his daughter's memory by participating in races, assisting with donations to Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, and donning the signature rainbow t-shirts wherever he went.
