It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dorothy A. Horstmann (East Islip, New York), who passed away on February 27, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward McRedmond and Eleanor McRedmond; and her siblings, Edward McRedmond, Ellen Tolan, Dennis McRedmond and Richard McRedmond.

She is survived by: her children, Anne M. Horstmann, John Horstmann and Ellie Walker (Michael); and her grandchildren, Patrick (Justine), Kelly and Conor.

In lieu of flowers, Dorothy's loving family suggests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
