He is survived by: his children, Elizabeth "Libby" Battisti (Michael) of Saint Johnsville, James Ward of East Herkimer, William Ward (Judy) of East Herkimer, Joseph Ward (Pamela) of Mohawk, David Ward (Elaine) of Mohawk and Patrick Ward (Sharon) of Nashua, NH; and his sisters, Carol Wren of New Hartford and Joan Canorro of Little Falls. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and one great-great granddaughter, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
