He is survived by: his siblings, Kathleen Kisel of East Herkimer, Teresa Lockwood of East Herkimer, William Lockwood, Jr. (Sue) of Georgia, Edward Lockwood of Herkimer, James Lockwood (Anita) of Little Falls, Daniel Lockwood (Jean) of East Herkimer and John Lockwood of Athens, PA; and his aunt Laurel Morrisette of Ilion. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
