She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter H. Richard and Margaret Chrisman Richard; her husband James Thomas Ervin; and her brothers, John Richard and Albert E. Richard.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Ervin of Herkimer and Dawn Tarbox of Gaithersburg, MD; her daughter-in-law Coleen Ervin of Herkimer; her brother Walter Richard of East Herkimer; and her grandchildren, Michele and Matthew. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
