She was predeceased by: her parents, John Lyga and Mary Lyga (Zawko); and her siblings, Frank, John, Anthony Lyga, Helen Brown, Anna Czernecki and Julia Freeman.
She is survived by: her husband Paul F. Grubner; her grandchildren, Paul Grubner Jr., Cori Jweid, Louis and Nicholas Geswaldo; her great grandchildren, Elena Grubner and Leo Jweid; and her siblings, Joseph Lyga (Anne), George Lyga (Elaine), Susan Sjaardema (Peter) and Catherine Brelinsky.
