He was predeceased by: his parents, George M. Price and Evelyn Price (Prue); his wife Charlotte; his daughter Debra; and his brothers, Darrell and Daniel Price of Ilion.
He is survived by: his children, John M. Price, Jr. of Fairfield, Ronald J. (Vicki Price) of Richfield Springs, Robert A., LuAnn Price of Averill Park and Kim M. Tero (Ronald) of Herkimer; his brother George Price (Marilyn) of Cedarville; and his sister-in-law Carol Price of Ilion. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great–grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
