He is survived by: his former spouse Congetta M. Natarelli; his wife Connie; his children, James M. Smith of East Herkimer and Mariann Smith of East Herkimer; his siblings, Sheila Servadio of Ilion and Bruce Smith of Herkimer; his grandchildren, Holden Smith of East Herkimer and Tiffany Smith of New Hampshire; his great grandchild Everly; and his father-in-law John Natarelli (Barbara) of Cape Cod. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
