He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas P. Fahy and Anne Fahy (Burns); and his brother Thomas Fahy. He is survived by: his wife Joan Emhof of Thomas' Catholic Church; his children, Patricia Cormier (Robert), Mary Miller (Brian), Chrissy Miller (Mike), James Fahy (Kiyomi) and Michael Fahy (Janice); and his aunt Margaret "Peg" Hyland.
