He was predeceased by: his parents, Clinton B. Bailey and A. Irene Bailey (Smith); his wife Frances R. Speer; his children, Joseph J. Bailey (Carolyn) of Webster, MA and Anna Irene Bailey (Heidi Arnott) of Stillwater, MN; his grandchildren, Jessica L. Bailey of Riverview, FL and Sawyer Bailey of Stillwater, MN.; his siblings, Clinton J. Bailey and Julia L.; and his brother-in-law Glen Kroft.
He is survived by: his sisters, Cynthia Carleton (John) of Citrus Heights, CA and Marianne Schanthal (Tim) of Fairview Heights, IL; and his sister-in-law Rebecca Bailey (Becky) of Smyrna. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Enea Family Funeral Home - Herkimer (220 N Washington St, Herkimer, NY 13350). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Enea Family Funeral Home (220 N Washington St, Herkimer, NY 13350).
