He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward George and Angela George (Pitts). He is survived by: his wife Vilma George (Hawkins); his son Reuben George of Columbia, S. C.; his stepdaughter Sandra Convery (Mark) of Tewksbury, MA.; his granddaughters, Lauren Convery of Nashua, N. H., Kerri Convery of Newton, MA., Julia Marie George of South Carolina and Jennifer Michelle George of South Carolina; and his great grandchildren, Bryan, Olivia and Kevin Reeves of South Carolina.
