We are sad to announce that on August 1, 2023 we had to say goodbye to Roger Charles Rooney in East Greenbush, New York. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hannah Rooney and Bartley Rooney; his wife Marilyn; his daughters, Ann Clifford (Matthew) and Mary Rooney (Alycen); his grandchildren, Kieran, Connor, Norah and Liam; and his sister Mary Cummings (Kevin).

In leu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Gloversville Enlarged School District, c/o Cathy Meher (Treasurer), 234 Lincoln St, Gloversville, NY 12078. Donated funds will be earmarked for the Little Libraries program that provides free books for students and the BackPacks program that provides weekend food for students in need.
