She is survived by: her husband Gerard Hayes; her daughters, Susan Baker (AJ) and Theresa Temple (Jim); her grandchildren, Stephen Hayes, Andrew Hayes (Sara), David Royal Baker, Ryan Baker (Keila), Gwendolyn Temple (Alex Wynkoop) and Ethan Temple; and her great grandchildren, Russell Hayes, Desmond Hayes and Liliana Jean Baker.
