She was predeceased by: her parents, Phillip Blanchard and Florence Blanchard (Ashline); her sister Theresa Blanchard; her granddaughter Jennifer Kennedy; her siblings, Gerald Blanchard (Sheila) of Danbury, Connecticut, Marjorie Mehleisen of East Greenbush, NY and Beatrice Oddy (Joseph) of Buffalo, NY; her parents-in-law, Doris Repp (Frank) and Charles E. Howe; and her sisters-in-law, Carol Howe and Cheryl Baron (Bob).
She is survived by: her husband Charles B. Howe (Skip); her children, Deborah Kennedy (Dean), Mary MacKay and Christopher Howe (Susan); her grandchildren, Michelle Kennedy, Nicholas MacKay (Stephanie), Geoffrey MacKay (Danielle), Matthew Howe, Jacqueline Howe and Precious; and her great grandchildren, Merida MacKay and Baby Boy MacKay. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
