Ramsey (East Greenbush, New York), born in Dunkirk, New York, who passed away on April 9, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell Smith and Mildred Smith (Trottnow); and her husband Hubert. She is survived by: her children, Christine Ramsey, Michael Ramsey (Barbara) and Kathleen Wagner (John); and her grandchildren, Rachel Ramsey, Michael Ramsey (Gabriella) and Laura Ramsey.
