He is survived by: his children, Vicki Lybolt (Michael) and Jeffrey Tempel (Amy); his stepchildren, Kimberly McDonough (John), Susan Billings (Patrick) and Mark Chiplock (Amy); his grandchildren, Alysha, Kayla, Kristen and Brad; and his stepgrandchildren, Austin, Alyssa, Evan, Tyler, Joelle, Reagan, Christian and Ava.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Leonard's name to a charity of the donor's choice.
