He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Elias and Katherine Agnes Davidson (Sharkey); his wife Margaret Ann Davidson (Jewell); his children, Michael (Kathleen), Karen Davidson (Jim Dawson), Jean-Anne MacKrell (Richard Lattimer) and Jennifer Showalter (David); his grandchildren, Benjamin, Stephanie, Zachary, Quinn, Aidan and Alexander; his great grandchildren, Marlene, Thomas and Maeve; his siblings, Richard (Alice) and Susan Allen (Bill); his cousin Mary Anne Murphy (late Thomas); his sister Barbara Pukis (Frank); his mother-in-law Margaret Jewell'; and his aunt Mary Cooke. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Joe's name to the United Service Organizations or the New York Genealogical and Biographical Society Arrangements were entrusted to the Wm.
