It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frederick S. Root of East Greenbush, New York, who passed away on August 11, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Root and Helen Root (Gale). He is survived by: his wife Lisa Root; his children, Jeremy Root (Megan), Amanda Root, Samantha Root and Marley Root; his siblings, Beverly Proulx and Rev. Charles Root; his grandchildren, Matthew, Zoe, Adalynn, Jaxton and Maddox; and his pet Chloe.

Contributions in Frederick's memory may be made to: The Eddy Alzheimer's Association or Sunshine Day Nursery School.
