Toma (DeGraff); his children, Kimberly A. Smith (Brian), Colleen M. Mancinelli (Christopher) and Douglas A. DeGraff; his grandchildren, Brittany Smith, Erika Smith, Mitchell Smith, Sophia Mancinelli, Chloe Mancinelli, Emmy Quosig, Taylor Jones (David) and Nicholas DeGraff; his sister-in-law Joanne DeGraff; his niece Kathleen Stacey; and his nephew William DeGraff. He is also survived by his three children.
