He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Lenore Phelan, Martin and Helen Beberwyk; and his aunt Patricia Phelan.
He is survived by: his parents, David J Phelan and Carol Phelan (Beberwyk) of East Greenbush; and his sister Janine Phelan of Hillsborough, NC. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles & cousins.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the J. Rockefeller Funeral Home, Inc. (165 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer, NY 12144). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
