She is survived by: her children, Laura Fay and John Nittinger; her grandsons, Charlie Nittinger and William Nittinger; and her siblings, Kathleen "Kit" Kalin, Barbara Miner, Donald "Butch" and Lawrence "Larry" Hulbert. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
