She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Fisher and Margaret Fisher (Pomplin). She is survived by: her daughter Penelope Bodner (Mark); her grandsons, Mark Bodner Jr. and Benjamin Bodner; her pet Jonsey; and her sister Virginia Fisher.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Barbara's name to Whiskers Animal Benevolent League.
