As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Barbara may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Bender and Catherine Bender (Zimmer). She is survived by: her husband Michael Paluba; her sons, Scott Paluba (Colleen) and Gregory M. S Paluba (Stephanie); and her granddaughter Emily Paluba.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the J. Rockefeller Funeral Home, Inc. (165 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer, NY 12144). A memorial service will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Rensselaer Elks Lodge (683 Columbia Turnpike, East Greenbush, NY 12061).
