He was predeceased by: his parents, Dominick and Helen; and his siblings, Helen (Dolly), Vincent and Fred.

He is survived by: his wife Joanne; his children, Anthony D. Patricelli Jr (Wendy) and Angela Patricelli; his grandchildren, Isabella, Olivia and Blaize; and his sister Mary Boisvert (Leo). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers donations in Anthony's memory may be made to a charity of one's choice.
