Konieczny; her children, Elizabeth Konieczny of Las Vegas, Albin Konieczny (Cindi) of Melrose, Stanley Konieczny (Sue) of East Greenbush and Linda Lettko (Kevin) of Averill Park; and her grandchildren, Kenneth Konieczny, Christopher, Amanda, Heather Konieczny, Stephen, Amy Konieczny, Meagan, Justin and Matthew Lettko.
