He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Manning and Lila Manning (Howe); his foster parents, Katherine Kelly and Peter Kelly; his wife Doris J. Cooke; his son Patrick Robert Manning (Christine); his grandchildren, Harrison Patrick Manning, Logan Thomas Manning and Alexandra Elizabeth Vittorini; his siblings, Mary Manning Heitz (Ken), James, Thomas, John, Joseph Manning and Catherine Manning Dabe; and his nephew Kevin Manning. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
