He was predeceased by: his father Donald C. Zachman, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Barbara Tedesco; his son Thomas Zachman (Shelby); his siblings, Brian Zachman, Denise Hampton-Hutson and Chris Zachman Tedesco; his nieces, Star, Joy Hampton, Heather and Heidi Zachman; and his nephew Brian Zachman.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention.
