He was predeceased by: his siblings, Domenico, Berardina Macari (Socci) and Leonardo Macari. He is survived by: his wife Marie; his children, Berardina, Caterina and Kevin; and his grandchildren, Marcello Romeo and Evangeline Marie.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations in Romeo's name to the local cancer society.
