He was predeceased by: his parents, John Sr. Collins and Lurline Greenleaf Collins; and his brothers, Cricket Collins and John Collins Jr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Latwauna "Louie" Nowak (John), Jessica Evelyn Horadan (Michael) and Adrianne Collins; his grandchildren, Aryanna, Colin, Madelyn and Olivia; and his siblings, Alton Collins (Gloria), Cheryl Brill (Edward), Karen Willis (Harold), Keith Collins (Lisa) and Michael Collins. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers family has requested memorials be sent to the Whittier Assisted Living, 30 Whittier Way, Ghent.
