He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Owen and Ethel Wilson Owen; and his siblings, Joyce Skinner, Betty Lechner, June Robson and LeRoy Owen.
He is survived by: his wife Nancy Wenzel Owen. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
