He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Fay and Ethel Hampton Fay; and his brothers, Richard Fay and Kenneth Fay. He is survived by: his children, Debra Zajaczkowski (Jack) of Batavia, Steven Fay (Deborah) of Batavia, Keith Fay (Melissa) of Florida and Tracy Tiede of Texas; his siblings, Donald Fay (Betsy) and Audrey Keady; his grandchildren, Christopher Zajaczkowski, Kimberly Kabel (JC), Jennifer Turner (Chad), Megan Fay, Zachary Fay, Alyssa Tiede, Emily Fay and Parker Fay; his great grandchildren, Chris Zajaczkowski, Olivia Kabel, Kyleigh Kabel, Cooper Turner, Chase Turner, Camden Turner and Kayden McKenna; and his great great grandchildren, Hazley and Mazlyn Zajaczkowski.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the J. Leonard McAndrew Funeral Home (2 Bogue Ave, Batavia, NY 14020). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
