Forkey; his children, Stacey Bezon (Michael) of Batavia and Jason Forkey (Michelle Gardner) of Batavia; his grandchildren, Christopher D. Zajaczkowski, Alivia and Zalina Forkey; and his sisters, Sharon Kuert (Daniel) of Missouri, Charlene Schultz (Dennis) of Elba and Terri Schultz (Dan) of Elba. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
