She was predeceased by: her parents, William A. Phillips and Laura Phillips (Wood). She is survived by: her husband Robert Bower; and her children, Robert Bower (Susan) of Rush, Kathleen Blair (Edwin), Douglas Bower (Dawn) of Albion, Calvin Bower (Ruth) of Canadice and Daniel Bower (Anne) of Tupper Lake. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to East Bethany Presbyterian Church, Bethany Fire Department, Supportive Care of Orleans or a charity of your choice.
