David Eugene Wood Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of David Eugene Wood of East Bethany, New York, who passed away on November 26, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Wendell Wood and Shirley Wood (Harding); and his brother Wesley Wood. He is survived by: his wife Ellen; his close friends, Pat Pietryzkowski and Wyatt VanBuren; his siblings, Howard Wood (Linda) and Kolina Rae Cole; his children, Denise Mathewson (Scott) of Vestal, NY, Ruth Bodkins of East Bethany, NY and Paul Bodkins (Christine) of Hampton, VA.; and his grandchildren, Autumn, Andrew, Marissa, Shawn and Lucas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
