He is survived by : his wife Audra McHale; his son Keenan Patrick Filkins; his father Judson D. Filkins; his sister Monica Filkins Castelli; his nieces, Morgan and Olivia Castelli; his stepsisters, Marcy Ashline (John) and Stacey Woodworth (Lance); his nephew Wesley Grippin; his great-aunt Margaret Filkins; his aunt Barbara Joslin (Robert); his uncles, Richard Storm (Wendy), Ray Storm (Karen), Richard Filkins (Betty) and Ralph Filkins (Rosemary); his brother Scott "Chubby" Green; and his siblings-in-law, Kerin McHale (Kerri) and Shannon McHale.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to a fund for Keenan through Sefcu's Altamont Branch.
