He was predeceased by: his wife Mary; and his brother George. He is survived by: his son Bill McFeely Jr. (Sue); his granddaughter Amy McFeely; and his brothers, Earl and Donald McFeely. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be made to Hospice Buffalo Inc. Bill was a WWII veteran serving under General Patton, a 45-year railroad retiree, and a retiree for the Buffalo Fire department.
