He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Czelusta and Florence Czelusta; and his sister Christine Perrin (Donald). He is survived by: his children, Christina Kerlin (Joe), Suzanne Rogacki (Jeffrey), William (Tracy) and Diane Czelusta (Kevin Gabig); his grandchildren, Joshua Kerlin (Kaitlyn), Dylan Kerlin, Stephanie Rogacki (Weston Boddy), Nichole Dyrbala (Anthony), Meghan Rogacki, Lauren, Jake, Andrew, Tessly Czelusta and Emerald Gabig; and his brother Frank (Janice).
In lieu of flowers, the family encourages memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
