She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Alexander Main and Violet Main; her husband Dr. George R. Janofsky; her children, Jody Kelley (Daniel), Leslie Wade (Timothy) and David Mehl (Jennifer); her daughter-in-law Laura Mehl; her former husband Dr. Edward Mehl; her son Sandy Mehl (Laura); her sister Jessie Longley (George); and her stepchildren, George A. Janofsky (Charles Ciali), Rosemary Janofsky, Janet McClean (Mark) and Mark Janofsky (Caroline). She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Nativity Lutheran Church (970 E Main St, East Aurora, NY 14052).
In lieu of flowers the family asks that, memorial gifts be made to FISH of East Aurora (a food pantry and clothing, distribution center that serves several towns in Western New York) or Hospice, and Palliative Care of Buffalo.
