It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Viola W. Cornwell of East Aurora, New York, who passed away on October 4, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Viola W. Cornwell to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Lyle W. Cornwell; her parents, Anton Weber and Viola Weber of Elma; her brother Richard Weber; and her son George Cornwell (late Anne).
She is survived by: her daughter June Gustafson (Stephen); her granddaughter Kathleen Chapman (Ben); her great grandchildren, Ethan Chapman and Grady Chapman; and her sister-in-law Nanette Weber. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Comfort Funeral Home Inc. (6469 Olean Rd, South Wales, NY 14139). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, October 15th 2024 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
