He is survived by: his parents, Steven A. Lewis D. D. S. and Jennifer Brayman (Robert); his siblings, Emily Anne Lewis, Jacob Lewis, Nicole Sammons (Wayne) and Sarah Rausch (Sean); and his grandparents, Sheila Lewis (late Eugene) and John Debo (Constance). He is also survived by many loving friends and relatives.
