He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Dianne C. Bender (Merlau); his children, Randy Bender (Dawn) and Thomas A. Bender, Jr.; his grandchild Tommi Fredette (Kevin); his great grandchild Alex Fredette; his brother William Benderfond (Maria); his nieces and nephews, Sara Phillips (Mike), Cody Phillips, Tyler Phillips, Brandi Todd (Michael), Donald Merlau (Pamela) and Renee Merlau; and his brother-in-law Donald Merlau.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at the Pathways Christian Fellowship (730 Olean Rd, East Aurora, NY 14052).
