She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Naulty and Melba Naulty; her husband James A. Townsend; her siblings-in-law, Joe Towsend, Gordy Wilber, Wally Brown, Mary Brown and Patty Townsend; and her nephew Fred Brown.

She is survived by: her daughters, Teri Spoor (Mark Adams) and Tracy Marchionda (Doug Jr.); her grandsons, Trevor Spoor (Kristin) of Penn Yan, NY, Tyler Spoor (Dani Greene) of Penn Yan, NY, Anthony Marchionda (Alicia) of Geneva, NY and Nicholas Marchionda (Laura Silva) of Wilmington, MA; her great grandchildren, Xavier, Teigan, Jayce, Juliana, Jaden and Trionna; her sister Beverly Williams of Orlando, FL; and her siblings-in-law, Pete Townsend of Penn Yan, Judy Wilber of Charlotte, NC and Joann Burg (Bill) of Penn Yan, NY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
