Kingston; his sons, Richard (Amy), Lance (Eileen) and Jay Kingston (Lisa); his grandchildren, Ellee, Noah, Bradley, Claire, Ryan, Evan, Danny, Colton and Alyssa; and his siblings, Jack Kingston (Donna), Gary Kingston (Nadine) and Patt Hice (Jerry). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
