She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Holesa and Marjorie Holesa. She is survived by: her husband Raymond D. Szkutak; her son Raymond D. Szkutak; and her siblings, Pamela Sadowski and Steven Holesa (Dawn). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends.
