It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia E. Tanner of East Aurora, New York, who passed away on November 11, 2024, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband James D. Tanner; and her siblings, Rosemary Schwartz, Janet Wurtz and Francis Wurtz. She is survived by: her children, Martha Mitchell (late Jae), James F. Tanner (Jacqueline), Christopher Tanner (Ruth), Margaret Hayek (Michael), Sarah Crowe (Thomas) and Mary Tanner-Richter (Mark). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Kenneth Howe Funeral Home (64 Maple St, East Aurora, NY 14052). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, November 16th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Immaculate Conception RC Church (520 Oakwood Ave, East Aurora, NY 14052).
