He was predeceased by: his siblings, Mary Ann Anderson (late Augustus) and George Hilton Mayfield; and his parents, Mary Rivers and Hilton Rivers. He is survived by: his children, Peter, Lindsay Mayfield, Adoring and Petey; his former wife Amy Mayfield Waters; and his stepchildren, Christopher and Cameron Spitzmiller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great friends.
