She was predeceased by: her mother Roslyn Puzio. She is survived by: her husband Bernard Giermek; her father Ted Puzio; her children, Alyssa and Jeremy Yavener; and her siblings, Susan (Rick), Linda (Frank), Natalie (Tom) and Thaddea. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
