He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hugar and Mary Hugar; his sons, Lyle Mills, Mark Hugar and Daniel Hugar; and his brother John Hugar.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; his daughter Cindy Mills (late Barb Steiner); his grandson Jason Hugar (Melissa); and his brother Robert Hugar. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and great grandchildren.
