She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey S. Baines; her children, Jeffrey Jr., Ryan William, Kyle P. and Lindsey M.; and her sibling Dale Kinney. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Shriners Hospital for Children.
